Introduction and Acceptance

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from the user's own registered mobile banking or bank account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account termination.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

ga777 reserves the right to suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities if there is any suspicion of a suspicious transaction or money laundering. Additional verification documents may be requested in such cases.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (15 times the sum of the deposit and the bonus).
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• While a bonus is active, bets may only be placed on bonus-eligible games.
• The bonus is not transferable.

4.2 VIP Programme

ga777 has three VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. ga777 reserves the right to change the detailed rules of VIP benefits.

4.3 Promotion Abuse

If ga777 determines that a member is abusing a bonus or promotion (for example: using multiple accounts, providing false information or collaborative betting), ga777 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and close the account.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Permitted Gaming Activities

All games available on ga777 are operated for entertainment purposes. Each game is run using encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Collusion with other players.

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a system error, network disruption or any other technical issue, ga777 reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the staked amount. Any winnings arising from a displayed software error may be voided by ga777.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 ga777's Rights

ga777 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected cybersecurity threat or fraud.
• Proven use of the account by a minor.

7.2 User Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. It is possible to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be forfeited. ga777's authority's decision shall be considered final in the resolution of all disputes.
